Marco, one of the founders originates from South Africa and ran a small olive grove in Italy which produces a traditional cold pressed olive oil. Every year he travelled to Italy to hand pick the olives and manufacture the oil in the traditional Italian way. This slow and labour intensive process gives the oil a flavour and texture you’ll never experience with supermarket bought oil.
Nick, one of the other founders has spent 7 years working with a pig farmer in Lincolnshire. It was here that his love of fine meat produce was born and he wanted to bring this passion to London and the surrounding areas.
