A whole free-range pig, crackling, a choice of fresh rolls and apple sauce
Roast potatoes with fresh rosemary, garlic and sea-salt cooked underneath the pig with all the juices.

Vegetarian / vegan alternative for up to 10% of guests.

High quality biodegradable disposable plates, napkins and cutlery.
